A user is a person in your workspace who signs in and sends documents. How many you can have depends on the plan. The Team page lists everyone in your workspace.
Who counts as a user
- You and your colleagues: anyone who logs in and sends documents.
- People you send documents to: none of them. External signers are unlimited and free on every plan, and they don't have accounts at all.
That distinction matters more than anything else here. Sending a contract to two hundred customers costs you nothing in users: that's a signature allowance question.
How many you get
| Plan | Users |
|---|---|
| Free | 2 |
| swipesign Business | Unlimited, all roles |
| Enterprise | Unlimited, including beyond 1,000 employees |
Every account is verified
Every person who requests signatures through swipesign proves who they are once, via a national eID or by reading the chip in their ID document. It takes a few minutes and costs you nothing: we cover the check on every plan. That's what keeps anonymous senders off the platform. People who only sign aren't affected. See Verify your identity.
On the Free plan
Two users is the limit, and a pending invitation counts as one. If you need a third person, either remove someone who has left or delete an invitation nobody accepted, see Suspend or remove a team member, or move to the subscription. See Change or cancel your plan.
