How to pick
- Free: you want the real thing without committing. Two users, five AES a month, five QES to get started. Beyond that you pay per signature. No card, no expiry, nothing to cancel.
- swipesign Business: more than two people send, or you send regularly. One price for the whole company, up to 1,000 employees, and everyone who needs an account gets one. It also includes 10 Safe Transfer transfers and 10 SMS a month, templates, bulk sending, reviewers, automatic reminders and the PDF editor. Long-term archive, a custom signing domain and API/SSO are optional add-ons.
- Enterprise: high signature volumes, several legal entities, or more than 1,000 employees. Custom allowances with tiered per-signature pricing, archive, custom domain, API and SSO by agreement, a dedicated contact and guided onboarding. Talk to us.
Monthly or annual
The annual plan is €588 (net, excl. VAT): twelve months cost the same either way. What it buys you is pooling: 1,200 AES, 60 QES, 120 transfers and 120 SMS for the whole year instead of a monthly allowance, plus a price guarantee for the contract year. A busy month uses up allowance, it doesn't blow it. The Free plan has no annual option and can't be pooled.
What your plan does not limit
Both signature levels and B-LTA long-term validation are on every plan, free included. The people you send to never need an account or a payment. And an allowance is a soft limit: when it's used up nothing stops, the extra is simply billed at the per-signature price. See What counts against your allowance.
