Your firm, not ours
Mandate intake, signing invitation, settlement call, delivery to the opposing party: your logo, colours and domain everywhere. The other side sees your firm, not a software vendor.
Power of attorney, fee agreement, settlement: signed at qualified level, without signers having to come to the office. Briefs go to clients and the other side with a sealed access log, all under your firm’s brand.

Qualified electronic signature with PAdES B-LTA, directly via A-Trust, equal to a handwritten signature under eIDAS. Qualified timestamps keep it verifiable, even if a settlement is challenged years later.
Client meeting or settlement negotiation with the other side: AES-GCM encrypted, no participant limit. People join by link or with verified identity. Recording only if everyone agrees; otherwise just the connection data stays.
Briefs, expert opinions and draft contracts go out by personal link, SMS PIN or with identification before opening. Every access lands sealed in the log. Whether the draft arrived is no longer a question.
Files, client data and logs sit with OVH in Germany, GDPR compliant and ISO 27001 certified. No US group in between, no foreign shutdown switch.
Clients from Austria identify via ID Austria, everyone else via WebID in over 170 countries. The check stays on file for every further document in the mandate.
When the other side gets a settlement to sign, they see your firm.
Not an e-signature vendor’s logo.
Create the account, invite partners, associates and assistants, set rights per role.
Add your firm logo, colours and the wording of your email invitations, set a CNAME such as sign.yourfirm.at. We do the setup with you.
Upload the power of attorney, invite the client, identification and QES via ID Austria: ready for the first brief.
Ready in a few minutes.
Your next power of attorney comes in digitally.
In a settlement negotiation it matters who’s actually on the call. You set the check level, up to identification via ID Austria or WebID. The connection data goes sealed into the file.
A settlement call over a free US app is hard to justify. With swipesign the call stays in the EU, right next to the document that gets signed afterwards.
The draft opinion to your client, the draft settlement to opposing counsel:
you choose per document how strictly the recipient is checked.
With an email attachment you never know whether the other side read it. With swipesign the sealed log shows who opened it and when, with a qualified timestamp.
Your client is in Hamburg, the managing director is travelling, the opposing party is represented from Milan. The signature still happens today. And you know who opened which draft, and when.
Your client at the airport, a partner between two hearings: powers of attorney and settlements get signed on a phone just as at the desk.
Powers of attorney, fee agreements and briefs run on the fixed fee. Billed on top: appointments with several parties, WebID and specially secured transfers.

Two certified partners stand behind every signature your firm collects: the signature comes from Vienna, the identification from Berlin. Anyone can check the signature, opposing counsel included.

By the end of 2026, every EU member state provides a digital identity wallet; from the end of 2027, regulated companies must accept it. Our partners are already in the thick of it.
A-TrustMore than 25 years of experience with digital certificates, a leading role in ID Austria and its own use cases contributed to the architecture process of the German EUDI Wallet.
WebID“One integration. All European wallets.” The EUDI Wallet Connector links all 27 national wallets through a single interface and is already verified against six national test environments.
Where written form is required, your firm signs at qualified level: recognised across the EU and verifiable decades from now.
Under Art. 25(2) eIDAS, the qualified electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature. Issued via ID Austria and A-Trust, it meets the written-form requirement for powers of attorney, fee agreements and settlements. Where the law requires a certified signature or a notarial deed, it doesn’t replace them.
Read eIDAS 2.0 at the European CommissionNo. The other side gets the settlement from your domain, with your logo and sender address, and so do your clients with every invitation and document. Only third parties with a legal role show up: A-Trust for the signature, ID Austria at login. We stay in the background.
Client confidences don’t leave the European legal area. Hosting is with OVH in ISO 27001 certified data centres in Germany, in France for the AI features, with no US cloud provider. Video conferences are end-to-end encrypted and recorded only with consent. We’re a processor under Art. 28 GDPR and act only on your instructions. Whether the setup fits your professional rules is your firm’s call; we supply the technology and the evidence.
One law firm subscription at a fixed monthly fee, no quote on request, cancellable monthly. It covers any number of lawyers and staff, 120 qualified and 1,200 advanced signatures per subscription year, confidential transfer by email link, video conferences, the office archive and setting up your brand. Billed on top: appointments with several parties, WebID identifications and specially secured transfers. The opposing party and your clients never pay. The amounts are in the price model.
Yes. The other side, their counsel and your clients each get a personal link and sign in the browser, on a computer or smartphone. Nobody needs an account or an app. For the QES they identify via ID Austria, or via WebID without it. Their signatures count toward your firm’s allowance; they pay nothing.
Under Art. 25(2) eIDAS a QES has the legal effect of a handwritten signature. Where the law requires written form for a power of attorney, a fee agreement or a settlement, it’s enough. It can’t replace a certified signature or a notarial deed, for instance for land register documents or the transfer of GmbH shares. For those you still work with a notary.
With the sealed access log. Every transfer records who opened the document and when, by link, SMS PIN or after identification via ID Austria or WebID, depending on the level. Each entry carries a qualified timestamp and sits audit-proof in the office archive. If someone denies receiving the draft, you have the log at hand.
In ISO 27001 certified data centres at OVH in Germany, and in France for the AI features. It never leaves the European legal area. How long you keep files is your firm’s decision, not ours: contracts, powers of attorney, audit trails and connection data stay audit-proof in the office archive, with timestamps renewed continuously. You can export everything at any time.
Yes. The QES is valid in all EU member states. Anyone without ID Austria identifies via WebID in over 170 countries, by NFC AutoIdent on the smartphone or by video ident with agents in German or English. Whether foreign law requires a stricter form for the specific transaction, you check in the mandate as usual.
We work with WebID, certified to banking standards. Identity doesn’t come from an uploaded selfie but from the chip of the ID document or an attended video ident with liveness and document checks, as ETSI TS 119 461 describes. For people registered in Austria, ID Austria takes that place. The AMLR (Regulation 2024/1624) applies directly from 10 July 2027. Lawyers are obliged entities when they take part in certain transactions, such as buying or selling real estate or companies. The duty of care stays yours; we supply the procedure and the evidence for it.
In the browser, right away, nothing to install: register, set up your firm’s brand and domain, send the first power of attorney. We help set up your brand; it’s included in the law firm subscription. For a trial with your team or a connection to your practice management software, let’s talk directly.
Power of attorney signed, brief delivered, settlement executed: under your firm’s brand, at a fixed monthly fee for the whole firm.
