Your plan includes a monthly allowance of a few things, each with its own counter. You can see where you stand at any point on the Subscription page.

Users aren't a counter on the subscription. Everyone who needs an account gets one. The Free plan has two. See How many people can send.
The one people get wrong
Signatures are counted per signer, not per document. Send one contract to four people and you've used four, not one. It's worth thinking about before you send a board resolution to everybody.
Reviewers don't count. Someone who only approves or rejects a document isn't signing it, so they use nothing. See Add signers, viewers and yourself.
Beyond the allowance
An allowance is a soft limit. When it's used up nothing stops: you keep sending and the extra is billed per piece on your next invoice.

All prices net, excl. VAT. On the Free plan an extra AES is €1.40 and an extra QES €4.90: pay as you go, no subscription needed.
When they reset
Monthly allowances reset at the start of each billing period: the date is under the heading on the panel. They don't roll over: whatever you haven't used expires at the end of the month.
On the annual plan there's no monthly reset. You get 1,200 AES, 60 QES, 120 transfers and 120 SMS pooled across the contract year, so a busy month draws on the year's pool instead of blowing a monthly one. Extras are only billed once the year's pool is used.
The Free plan's 5 QES are one-time, not monthly. Its 5 AES reset every month like the rest.
