Work through these in order: the first two fix most cases.
"We are not able to find your signature workflow"
The link does not point at anything swipesign can serve. Usually one of:
- The link got broken in transit. Long links wrap in some email clients and only part of it gets clicked. Copy the whole thing into the address bar instead.
- It was forwarded. A signing link belongs to one named recipient. Forwarding rarely works and is not how the document is meant to reach someone else.
- The workflow was cancelled or has expired. See The link expired or the document was cancelled.
The page loads but the document is blank
The viewer is there but the file has not rendered. Give it a few seconds on a slow connection, then reload the page. Large documents take a moment.
If it stays blank, try a different browser. Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge are all fine; the usual culprits are an aggressive ad blocker, a privacy extension, or a corporate network filtering the document.
Nothing loads at all
- 1Reload the page.
- 2Try a private or incognito window: this rules out extensions and stale cookies in one step.
- 3Try a different browser.
- 4Try a different network, a phone on mobile data rather than the office wifi. Corporate networks block more than people expect.
The swipe control does not respond
Signing needs a deliberate drag of the control to the right, not a click. On a touchscreen, press and drag with one finger. If it does not move, check that a signature is selected on the page first.
If none of that works
Tell the sender. They can check the audit trail to see whether your attempts reached us at all, and resend or reissue the document. Include which browser and device you tried: it saves a round trip. See What to include in a support request.
